Unhappy Cervical Spine problems

I am not sure if anyone will see this but I hope someone does. I have had pain in my neck for years and I have been able to cope with it until lately. I am no experiencing numbness in the back and sides of my head. My arms feel weak and when I pick something up that is sort of heavy my arms shake. I have headaches everyday. I go for an MRI tommorow and hopefully they will find something out. I was wondering if anyone out there had experienced anything like that and might could let me know what could be causing it.
